Another Day begins and as I log on to work I wonder who the first caller will be?
Will it be a regular client or somebody new who wants to know every detail possible before making their first booking with the company?
Some customers are regular and will phone once a week or maybe once a month and they know me by name as I do them. We will have a little chat while I take their details and it is a nice feeling knowing that these callers trust me and enjoy phoning the company to talk to one of our readers.
Most clients have their regular readers and like to book them every time, sometimes booking readings in advance to ensure their availability. Other clients like to speak to a different psychic from time to time and enjoy having a reading with a variety of readers.
Clients phone us for various reasons. Some want to know what is going to happen next in an ongoing love drama, others want to receive some business advice. Some clients like to have a general reading covering all aspects of their lives while others want to know what the future holds for them. Whatever their reasons for phoning it is very rewarding to know that they are dealt with professionally and receive the best possible reading ensuring they feel happy and positive about what they have been told.
As well as keeping the clients happy a huge part of the day is spent communicating with the psychics themselves. A small team of top psychics is harder to control that you might imagine. They all work various times of the day and night and are all very flexible and helpful. Even though our psychics are from different areas of the country and do not know one another we all feel like a small family who get on very well and support each other when needed.
Our psychics all have very different home lives and personalities and I believe that some of their own life experiences have made them who they are today. A reading with one of our psychics will be a totally different experience to a reading with another one. Karen for example will focus in on an area of your life and can guide you through your problems using her spirit guides. Jade will make an initial link with you using the cards for the first couple of minutes then information will come pouring through to her so fast she will hardly have time to tell you everything. Whoever you chose for a reading you will not be disappointed with what you are told by any of our top psychics.
One of the most interesting parts of my job is having the opportunity to speak to people from all over the world. I have had people phone for readings from Great Britain, America Malta even South Africa Japan Hong Kong Singapore Europe and as far away as Australia. Everyone who phones is very friendly and it is nice to speak to people from all corners of the earth and learn a little about them and their lives.
The readers who work for the company are very friendly and they are some of the best psychics around in the world today. Their readings are maybe the most honest and accurate you will ever experience. Even though I understand how these girls get their information and I know how accurate they are, it never ceases to amaze me how they can be so good at what they do and how happy and content it makes you feel when they lift your spirits after having a great reading.
So, in a nutshell, I am maybe doing one of the most relaxing and rewarding jobs I have ever been lucky enough to have. So give us a call and maybe you could be the next new client I speak to.......
